Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. One flat rate applies per order, regardless of order size:

  • Singapore: S$4.99
  • All other countries: US$19.99

Items ship from our overseas fulfilment partners. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if your order doesn't arrive at all, we will refund you in full.

  • You do not need to post anything back to us. For hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned lingerie, so we don't ask you to pay for return shipping.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, for a faulty or incorrect item, a photo. That's all we need.
  • If your order hasn't arrived within 30 calendar days of dispatch, contact us and we'll refund or resend, whichever you prefer.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because lingerie cannot be resold once delivered, we're unable to offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Every product page includes a size guide — please check it before ordering, and email us if you'd like help choosing a size.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, contact, shipping and payment details) only to process and deliver your orders and to provide support. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. We share data with fulfilment and shipping partners solely as needed to complete your order, and we do not sell your personal information. Terms of Service

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate. Prices are in SGD for Singapore orders and USD for all other countries, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or stock error.
